- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
- Other EU Countries: 3–6 business days depending on location

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply for qualifying orders and will be shown automatically.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a proven product defect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@plusoxygennutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions including our return address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
